Our environment and service emphasize privacy at all times with a studio capacity that has been set to accommodate a maximum of seven clients and seven trainers in order to preserve the appropriate level of intimacy and comfort. There is no waiting for equipment and all sessions are booked by appointment only. |

In pursuit of Innovative Health Group's core value of challenge equals growth, we encourage all clients to pursue through their training the completion of a challenging physical "Destination". Each year hundreds of such Destinations are completed by our clientele and include many pursuits from 5km or 10km runs to Ironman triathlons, hiking the Inca Trail or the Grand Canyon in a single day. |

With our Team concept you are able to change your appointments to fit your schedule. In short notice you can change appointments from AM to PM. Our Training techniques maximize your exercise time at the studio, home or on travel. |
| Custom Tangible Results |
Beginning with an initial health consultation and multi stage assessments (body analysis by our physiotherapy team, fitness and nutritional assessments) we will determine your current fitness and body function level. We will then set the parameters of your individual program and move towards your goals. Quarterly evaluations will give you measurable health and fitness results and include a fitness profile consisting of body composition, upper and lower extremity strength, cardiovascular performance, flexibility, core strength and rehabilitation progress. Your program is maintained through constant communication with our fitness experts and monitored weekly for progress.. |

There are no membership fees at the studio. We have a prepayment system in which the price varies depending on the number of training sessions you are committed to on a weekly basis. We do not lock you into a long-term contract; the length of your commitment is based on results and decided by you. |
