If you are ready to make the commitment, the Innovative Team will deliver the results. Beginning with an initial health and fitness evaluation (to determine your current fitness level) we will set the parameters of your individual program and move towards your goals. Your program is monitored weekly for progress and adjusted by our Team to ensure you are progressing towards your goals. The key is the Team’s commitment weekly to you and their motivational techniques, as well as constant communication in and out of the facility. Program goals are designed for quarterly destinations, thus our quarterly evaluations include a fitness profile consisting of body composition, upper and lower extremity strength, cardiovascular performance, flexibility, and core strength and rehabilitation progress. The Quarterly evaluation will give you measurable Health and Fitness results.
