  • Our one-on-one yoga therapy is practiced in our tranquil yoga room providing a private environment for your custom tailored session.
  • All sessions are designed to your personal level of ability.
  • Yoga is a unique way to increase flexibility and elasticity of the muscle tissue, increase core strength, rehabilitate injuries, improve muscular strength and endurance as well as improves mind and body self-regulation.
  • Sessions are 60 minutes and can be purchased on drop in basis as well as in discounted packages.
